Specificity and cross-reactivity

Recognizes human TGFb1. Species sequence homology: most mammalian 100%. Crossreactivity is expected with TFGb1 from non-mammalian sources as only a single amino acid residue change is found within the immunogen sequence from many other organisms.

Storage and shipping

Store at 4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, productone should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
