TGFBR2 antibody was raised in Rabbit using a synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human TGFBR2 around the phosphorylation site of serine 225/250 (D-R-SP-D-I) as the immunogen.

TGFBR2 antibody (Ser225/250) detects endogenous levels of TGFBR2 only when phosphorylated at serine 225/250. The antibody will detect species specific phosphorylation as follows: Human: Ser225, Mouse: Ser250
